FUTURE VISION 2023 Playshop is an introspective deep dive into self. Hosted by UPP Founder, Artist and Facilitator, ØFFËRÎNGŠ has designed a virtual journey that is tactile, tangible and sensory. You’ll be activating self through movement, energy, journaling, voicing and ritual process to imprint new meaning into your life and keep you on track to reach towards your purpose !
Collectively, we will explore the blocks, walls, stagnation and rigidities that hold you back from being in your most authentic truth and finding out where you shine.

We all feel this, I personally have experienced it for so long running two businesses as Founder and Director of @thenestcreativespace @uniteplayperform , creating large scale projects, maintaining relationships and my personal practises and study. It’s a lot!
What we forget about maintaining is the integration of the juicy, deep and often tender life lessons. Who’s had a bunch of those this year? Ummmmm floods, social uprise, PTSD, pandemic residue, the list goes on!
This is why we decided to create a very specific Playshop that meets the needs of your issues and challenges. UPP “Future vision” Playshop is a chance to integrate, savour and celebrate the wins and the loses of 2022.
